Start with the product category, size, hardware compatibility and the information supplied on the individual product page. Contact support before ordering when a detail is unclear.
Where can I find product testing documents?
When available, product-specific documents should appear on the individual product page. Do not apply a document from one batch or item to another.
How should products be stored?
Follow the storage instructions printed on the product packaging. In general, keep products upright where applicable, away from heat, direct sunlight, children and pets.
How do I know whether a cartridge is compatible?
Check the connection type and the manufacturer instructions for both the cartridge and battery. Never force a connection.
Can an order be changed after it is placed?
Contact support immediately. Changes are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
